It starts by taking vanilla ice cream from Blue Bell Creameries and putting it on a stick. Next, dip the ice cream bar into the chocolate of choice and last, roll it in toppings such as Heath Bar, Oreo, coconut, Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips, peanuts, and more.
